A deposit of 30% of the total amount is required for each booking.
If you cancel within 30 days before your arrival, the deposit will be returned in full.
For cancellations of less than 30 days, I will send a voucher equal to the deposit already paid, which can be used and is valid for a whole year from the date of your reservation: the total amount of the reservation will be recalculated according to the new period chosen and the current prices, so the final balance may decrease or increase accordingly.
