Welcome 'Da Clara', a holiday home where you can spend an unforgettable stay in the beautiful Aosta Valley resort of La Thuile, 42 km from Aosta.
The house, recently renovated, has belonged to the Martinet family since 1850 for 4 generations, and is located in Grande Golette, one of the hamlets of La Thuile, at an altitude of 1441 m; it has 4 flats and a large garden and a public car park 20 m away.
Mountains and Relaxation in the Aosta Valley
The structure was once divided into several parts, which is why the names of the flats were given in our Valle d'Aosta dialect 'il patois'. In the Apartments section you will find the meaning and details of the various names.
For ski enthusiasts, the village is the ideal starting point for easy, car-free access to the ski lifts of the Espace San Bernardo ski area: 150 km of well-groomed pistes that reach as far as La Rosière in France.
The famous '3 Franco Berthod' ski slope arrives right in front of the flats and allows you to return with skis on just a few metres from your door.
In summer, you can venture out on numerous hikes among some of the most beautiful mountains in the Aosta Valley or relax with simple walks.
The lazier ones can enjoy the sun and clean mountain air, comfortably seated on a deckchair, in the large garden of the house.
Only 1 km from the house, you will also find all kinds of services: clothes shops, grocery, tobacconist, bank, pharmacy, post office, bars and restaurants.
